Do you provide the hardware?
Yes. We ship NFC wristbands, tablets, printers and gate kits anywhere in East Africa. For enterprise tours we maintain on-site crews.
Can we test on a small event first?
That's literally how most of our customers start. Pilot on one weekend, go full-stack on the next.
How fast can we go live?
Starter: same day. Growth: 48 hours. Enterprise: 7–14 days depending on integrations and hardware logistics.
What does the 2.5% / 1.9% cover?
Payment processing, reconciliation, refunds, chargebacks and settlement — you never see a separate PSP bill.
