Terms of Service

By using HK Social you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, you can't use the service — that's literally it.

We provide software and hardware to run live events: cashless wallet, access control, analytics, and integrations. Availability SLAs are set out in your order form.

You're responsible for activity under your account. Keep credentials safe. Alert us immediately at security@hksocial.co.ke if something feels off.

Pricing is published on the Pricing page and/or in your order form. Transaction fees are pulled at the time of settlement.

Don't use HK Social for fraud, money laundering, age-restricted goods beyond jurisdiction, or anything our payment partners forbid. We may suspend an account that does.

We keep ours, you keep yours. Your event data stays yours; the platform stays ours.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HK Social is provided as-is. Liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Nairobi.
